Here at Stephen Hurley Fitness I am dedicated and passionate about helping people lead a healthier more active lifestyle. I truly believe that becoming fitter and stronger through exercise and healthy living can improve all aspects of your life.  So whether you want to lose weight, tone up, improve general fitness or achieve sports specific goals I can help you.

 

My aim is to deliver long term sustainable results to all my clients and help educate people on how to lead a healthier and fitter life, through hard work and simple, sustainable and realistic lifestyle changes. I don’t believe in fad diets, detoxes, body transformations, 6 week or 8 week plans, I believe health, and exercise and fitness is for life and must be designed in such a way that is practical and sustainable.

 

In my private training studio you won’t find large mechanical resistance machines, rows of cardio equipment or walls of mirrors, I believe in functional training, training on your own two feet  and training through movement  engaging all of our muscles all of the time . I also believe in variety, mixing things up, we never do the same session twice therefore getting the most from your hour in the gym, shocking muscles, thrashing the metabolism and accelerating results.
