PERSONAL TRAINING
My Personal training sessions take place in my fully private functional training gym , after a free initial meeting I set about designing a tailor made fitness programme that will help you get the best results possible.
All sessions are carefully planned and never the same, increasing the rate of results as your muscles are constantly challenged. Sessions consist of a mixture of resistance exercises including free weights, TRX Suspension training, TRX Rip Training combined with a lot of plyometric, boxing and striking exercises to ensure you get the most from your training time in the gym. I will give you cardiovascular sessions to do outside the gym in your own time such as walking, running, swimming etc.
I also offer nutritional advice as apposed to restrictive meal plans or fad diets, I want to teach you about nutrition so that your results last for life and you can make good food and lifestyle choices for sustainable and long term health.
A huge part of any fitness programme is goal setting and motivation, together we will identify these goals, and ensure short term goals are met and are constantly changing as we reach them. You will receive your own personal file and each session will be recorded and progressed accordingly as fitness levels increase. We will also weigh in every week using a Body Composition Analyses machine and record and analyse results.
At Stephen Hurley Fitness I aim to provide a quality service and value for money. An individual session costs €25 or two sessions per week for €45, with discounts for a block of 8 for €175 or block of 10 for €200.
